2) Pre-contract information for distance rentals

If you rent via our website (distance contracting), we provide clear pre-contract information, including provider identification and key contract terms, as required by Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX).

For distance ordering via the website, we apply ordering requirements under Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" (від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII).

3) Booking, availability, and confirmation

Availability is limited. After you place an order/booking request, we confirm your reservation as provided on the checkout/confirmation page. If an item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative model or cancel the order.

We may adjust schedules due to operational reasons. Where a change materially affects the rental, we will inform you using the contact details you provide.

4) Price and payment

Prices are shown in the checkout/booking flow. Taxes and any applicable fees are presented before you confirm the order.

Payment methods and payment timing are shown on the website at checkout. If payment fails, we may cancel the booking.

5) Right of withdrawal (14 days, subject to exceptions)

For distance agreements, you generally have a right to withdraw within 14 days, unless a specific statutory exception applies, under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX).

6) Safety and responsible use

You are responsible for safe use of the scooter/e-bike and for following local traffic rules while riding. You must wear a suitable helmet and use lights/reflectors as required.

You may not: (a) use the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs; (b) allow unqualified persons to operate it; (c) participate in reckless riding; or (d) tamper with safety-related parts.

You must inspect the vehicle before use and immediately report any defect to us.

7) Liability and limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages resulting from your improper use, failure to follow safety instructions, or violation of applicable rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ukrainian law.

8) Personal data

We process personal data (e.g., your name, phone/email, and related booking details) for rental operations and communication. Processing is carried out with a lawful basis and a transparent notice, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" (від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI).

If you provide personal data through forms, you confirm that it is accurate.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version applicable to your rental is the one published on our website at the time you confirm your order.
